Tanzimul Anwar

Major Tanzim is a seasoned Human Resource Manager in the Bangladesh Army, bringing over nine years of experience in leading, managing, and training officers and personnel across diverse operational and administrative domains. He holds a BSc in Military Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals, where he built a strong foundation in military science and operational studies. He has also served as a UN Peacekeeper in Mali, where he played a vital role as a protector of humanitarian workers. During this mission, he maintained close liaison with UN organizations and agencies and worked under the UN Mine Action Service. His expertise includes countering improvised explosive devices (IEDs), along with instructing and training others on IED awareness and safety measures. Major Tanzim is deeply committed to promoting peace and security and demonstrates a strong drive to continuously learn new skills while embracing new challenges.

A student of Mass/Media & Communication with over 20 years of experience in different business sectors like construction, food industry, events & management, pharmaceuticals, defense & aerospace and the energy sector. He started doing business from the tender age of 18 and is a born leader. Being a well known public figure in Bangladesh for being a successful Musician over the past 2 decades gives him great acceptance in any sector and level within the country. A charismatic individual with highly developed skills of establishing contacts at the highest levels of the Government/Military/Multi National Corporations in various parts of the globe.
